NightShift AI

FLAGSHIPSTATUS: BUILDING

AI / Autonomous Systems

The AI employee that works while you sleep.

THE PROBLEM

Shopify merchants usually find out about a broken checkout step, a pricing error, or a stuck shipment hours after it started costing them money — from a customer complaint, not from a system that was actually watching.

THE APPROACH

NightShift runs as a set of specialized AI agents that watch a store continuously: detecting issues, prioritizing what's actually urgent, explaining what's happening in plain language, fixing what's genuinely low-risk on its own, and holding anything risky for the merchant's approval. Every action is logged, so the decision trail is auditable after the fact — the trust system is as much the product as the automation is.

This is the system the Engine’s AI reasoning draws its credibility from — when /engine recommends an AI layer, this is what “built and used, not just read about” actually means: specialized agents, a real approval/trust workflow, and an auditable log of every decision.

SIMULATION

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE — NOT A LIVE INCIDENT

A walk-through of how NightShift would work an incident, stage by stage — built from the same agent behavior, approval workflow, and audit log described above, not a separate demo.

the approval step is the point — nothing here ships to a customer without it

STACK
